Or... ask what projects they have worked on and then go see for yourself the quality of work. Even better... casually ask the engine crew how it runs since the last rebuild!

Then follow up and ask questions about the contractors to the customers. There are charlatans out there.

I drove up to the federal court house in London today, as the Clerk called me. The arbitration award was filed with a motion yesterday. I purchased a copy, which I am posted here. It is in the public record, and has the case information on it. There are three documents, 19 is a motion, 19-1 is the actual award from the arbitrator and 19-2 is a order the clerk said that the judge may sign.
