Steamlocomotive.com lists a Heisler that is stored in a shop building in Davis, WV. The listing also mentions that it is for sale. Does anyone know who owns this engine and what the asking price is?

The enlarged pic in the link is corrupted, as happens to jpg files.

Anyone know what the required turning radius or degrees is for this ??
