 Post subject: Waterloo Central Roster Grows

The folks at the Waterloo Central in St. Jacobs. Ontario seem to be on a real tear lately. They recently moved in a fleet of Budd RDCs, and now, CN has donated an operating GMD-1 loco.
I stopped by there a few weeks back and the crew had done a beautiful restoration on a TH&B van. 0-6-0 No. 9 is marked out for ultrasound work.
Seems like this group has some big plans!

Great to see them making such progress, they're definitely on my list to visit if I ever make it back to Ontario.

Yes, I should have added in the first post, congratulations to Waterloo Central on obtaining the 1437. Also, congratulations to CN on their kindness and willingness to have the loco preserved.
