ACL 1504 could get a new lease on life

I’ve heard a few proposals for this locomotive to be restored in the past, but this is the first one I’ve seen with a realistic chance of getting the locomotive to run again. The Sugar Express people have shown they’ve been able to do it before, and if the ordinance passes, 1504 would be a star in excursion services
