i saw on ozark mountain railcar that SP coaches:
2392, 2396, 2355, and 2358 have been sold from Napa CA

does anyone know who purchased them & or their plans/location?

They went down the road to the Napa Valley Wine train. Not sure if they have done anything with them yet though.
