I plan to digitalize the Official Proceedings of the Master Boiler Makers Association from 1930 to 1950 and make it available. In my research on this subject, it appears that there were no Bound Volumes or conventions in parts of the 1930s due to the depression.

In my personal collection I have bound volumes: 1930,1931,1938,1940,1941,1942,1944,1945,1946,1947,1948,1949.

Using trade magazines, I also have conventions in print for 1933,1935,1936.
Looks like there were no written proceedings or conventions in 1932,1934.
I have in my collection the programs for 1937,1939 which have the topic papers but no
discussions.
So, if anyone has a bound volume for 1936,1937,1939,1943,1950.
Please message me and we can work out something to get them digitized.

There were usually 6 topics on boiler subjects each year but the discussions from boiler personnel attending the conventions is very interested as these were men representing work experience on 100s of boilers over numerous years.

The Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania Library in Strasburg has Official Proceedings of the Master Boiler Makers Association bound volumes for the following years: 1924, 1938, 1943, 1945, 1946, 1948, 1951-1954.
