Adlake Windows

I'm trying to find some information on the double glazed aluminum windows used on lightweight passenger cars. Originally most of these windows were made by Adlake. In the 1980's I had contacted the R.B. Jackson Co. who had purchased the window line from Adlake. I cannot find any listing for RB Jackson.

Has anyone had business with them or are replacement windows being made?

Did you try Adlake themselves? They have a website.

R B Jackson is an OEM supplier to EMD and various transit properties. They have a website. I would do a search under "FRA Glazing."

Beware !!! If you plan on purchasing any Adlake material, it is FRIGHTENLY expensive !!!

Richard, You didn't leave an email address so I need to contact you publicly. I have plus/minus eight windows that seem to fit your description. I'd love to see them go to a good home.

No wonder I couldn't find them, it's R.E. Jackson not R.B.

Would R.E. Jackson Co. have purchased the single pane and split sash product line used on post-war PCC's? Would like to reinstall original style window sash, but the used stock around is pretty beat up or already spoken for. At least I could know where to go.
