The new format is excellent, though in the main page could you return to the old format in which you placed the dates next to the link. (i.e. Articles updated 030100,Briefs Updated 030101, etc.) This helps people who have very little time on the net though still want to see new briefs and articles.

You can still see the date of the latest update by hovering your mouse over the various links. Give it a try and see if that helps!
