WOW! Just wow. I'm still in awe of JJJ's original engine terminal and now this.
Unbelievable in this day and age.
There has been some great restoration work done there, latest being the B&LE 2-10-4.
With so many engines "on display" rotting away and becoming an eyesore, this is great news.
Having nearly growing up in the Frisco's Lindenwood roundhouse, those structures are my favorite place on the railroad. Some of my earliest memories are those headlights looking through the windows of the stalls.

It really is a treasure in the rail preservation world. Besides the numerous steam locomotives cosmetically restored and housed inside the roundhouse, the preservation continues all around the site. From structures, to freight cars and supporting railroad items all around you, it really is like stepping back in time - even if the site is fairly newly constructed.
