An exhaustive internet search seems to yield only a sparse selection of the roster, so I'm putting the word out here.

For a large modeling project, I'm trying to find a definitive list of the "Jersey Builder" passenger cars that made it to NJ Transit in NJDOT midnight blue / platinum mist / red stripe paint.

These were the cars paired with the E-8s until 1987 when E-8 powered service on the NJCL ended. The same long-distance coaches originally acquired by the CNJ and reconfigured for commuter service.

From what I've been able to determine, there were 35 of these cars in all, originally numbered 100-134 by the CNJ. There is no rhyme or reason to how they were re-numbered by NJDOT/NJT, except that they received numbers in the 5300-series. I've only been able to verify 20 of the 35 cars.

I need the final numbering for all these cars under NJT, and specifically the one's still in NJDOT paint, as I'm paring them with at least 6 NJDOT-painted E-8s and I want accurately numbered cars. Any help would be much obliged.

I was beginning to deduce that the NJT series was going to be 5300-5334, but I wanted to be sure. I figured the answer would eventually lie in the original GN accounting, but that was a rabbit hole I wasn't prepared to go down.
