Construction date of CV's New London roundhouse?

Does anybody know the actual or approxiamte construction date of the CV roundhouse in New London, CT we lost to fire last year?

How about SP Bayshore which we lost the year before?

Bob Jones' definitive work on the CV dowsn't seem to list it. The earliest mention I saw was that it received a new drop table in 1906.
