Anyone have a recent photo of this engine, which I believe is the last extant standard gauge Glover 2-6-0?

According to John Gramling, the locomotive was sold to a guy who lives near Columbus, OH in about 1991. I don't have any more information than that.

The caption in the six-gun picture says 36 inch. Holly Hill unit was standard ga. Can't really tell from the photo, but it looks kind of small to be standard gauge.

Holly Hill was standard gage as is the Glover in Ohio. After being a sign for 6 Gun, it rusted in front of a Florida restaurant for many years. Tne Glover 36" gage mogul I restored back in the '80s is on display in Marietta.

BTW, the Baldwin 2-4-2 from Holly Hill is now under restoration in Savannah.

That was Holly Hill Lumber Company in South Carolina, not Florida. A photo of both engines is shown in Tom Fetters' book "Logging Railroads of South Carolina". The Glover 2-6-0 almost looks like a 3' gauge engine that was converted to standard gauge.

Glad to hear the 2-4-2 is under restoration.
