Silverliner Training Manual to donate

I have available for donation to a worthy non-
profit organization a Training Manual for General
Electric Silverliners Penn Central/S.E.P.T.A.
270 -399. Parts of it also cover Rdg. 9019 -
9031, claiming that they had automatic and manual
selector switches for 11,000 or 25,000 volt catenary!
