How did the Dixie Flyer serve Macon Terminal Station?

I'm writing some rail-themed counterfactual/alternate history, and was confused by looking at maps of the rail lines through Macon, Georgia.

Specifically, what I wanted to know was how trains from Atlanta to Albany on the Central of Georgia served Macon Terminal Station. Did it involve any convoluted maneuvering like pulling in then reversing out? Was there a junction line that the CofG could use to let trains reach Macon Terminal Station from the north?

Any insight would be appreciated.

When I look at the maps, I'd bet anything would run straight in one side and out the other. The terminal did sit in between junctions both north and south of the station.

It doesn't look like it to me in the case of the Central of Georgia tracks. Those look like they have to get in, then reverse out and use the wye south of the station to head on to Albany.
