I'll reach out to those folks and see what I can find. Based on searching for that railroad, there was also one called the Teaberry and Southern nearby? That might be a good lead too. I'll post my findings. :)

It is not at the Bucksgahuda & Western. And, unfortunately, the Teaberry & Southern is no longer in existence.

Bucksgahuda & Western, maybe?

The B&W is 2-foot/600mm gauge; this loco was 12" or 15" gauge.

This page lists park RRs by state, there are a few that might meet your criteria in PA but with dead/missing web pages: https://discoverlivesteam.com/A-clubs.htm

Perhaps it’s the extremely private Foster Brook and State Line backyard operation in northwest PA?

That's also a possibility I was wondering about. However, I think that RR is 2' as well (smallest shea, etc...)?

There's also the possibility it made a stop somewhere in western PA, then headed elsewhere. Agree with ADMIV above, its most likely 15" gauge.

I just joined the Park, Zoo and Amusement Trains group on Facebook. I'll ask over there was well and see what I can dig up.
