 Post subject: Bay window/Cupola caboose on FLWB&S

The museum/tourist operation running out of French Lick, Indiana has a bay window caboose with a cupola directly over the bay windows. The caboose is lettered CW&C # 10. My question is, was this a railroad modification or did the museum perform the work?
