WP&YR 69

What is the current status of the restoration of WP&YR 69?

The WP&YR # 69 has had it boiler cut lose from the frame and it will be lifted off and set on shop truck so it can be rolled into the shop with in the next week. Work will then be started on it's restoration.

This is a photo from Steve Peck that shows #69 leaving Colorado for Wisconsin last year.
