Does anyone know if the work was completed by the end of December?

James said on his web page "My second visit was on Friday, Sept. 26th., 2003. I was told that #346 is the highest-priority job in the shop and all work must be finished and the loco returned to Colorado before the end of 2003."

No mention of it on the Colorado RR Museum web page.
