Post subject: Great weekend at the Nevada Northern *PIC*

Joel Jensen's annual winter photo weekend at the NN is consistently great. In the past we have had everything from shirt sleeve weather to snow and freezing temps. This year was at the snow and freezing temps end of the spectrum.

I should have known better than to try to share an image posted to trainorders.com.

Terry,

Yes it is the Lavon siding on the high line. I'm happy to report that we have 109 a RS-3 in operation and 105 a RS-2 in operation.

109 is available in our popular Locomotive Rental Program just in case you want to get behind the throttle and head up the hill.

Mark,

It's great to hear that the 105 is back in operation also. Where did you get wheelsets for it? Off of the "new" SMARRCO RS 3 (#15 IIRC)?

Terry,
They came off SMARRCO #13 and they are roller bearing to boot.
