Can someone supply me info on regional RR after they were taken over from Conrail. I am working on a project involving the North Shore from Danville to Berwick, PA. How are these classed and what jurisdictional to they fall under? I am clueless to how these are governed, so any help (fed regs reference would be appreciated) Thanks, Scott
