There is a car that looks like an EL electric sitting on the east side of Columbus, OH next to a grain elevator at the intersection of I-70 and Hamilton Road.

If anyone who reads this who lives in Columbus can confirm or deny, I'd really appreciate it.

As unlikely as it sounds, it's certainly possible. I was driving along an interstate in Pennsylvania last year and saw a Reading MU car just sitting about 200 feet from the Danville exit ramp! It was being used as part of an historic village. You never know where the next body will be.
