I have and was very disappointed with it. It reads more like an abstract done in a phone book format and is very thin on details pertaining to the holdings of specific collections. It is designed more for novices rather than serious railroad history researchers. You're better off purchasing Thomas T. Taber III's Guide to Railroad Historical Resources (4 vols.), published in 1993 and available for a fee from the author at 504 South Main Street, Muncy, PA 17556 (please excuse this shameless plug).

Hello K.R., thanks very much the reply. I am very much aware of Mr. Taber's resource but have yet to "spring" for it.
