The Crestline Roundhouse Preservation Society, Inc. has applied to the Ohio Preservation Alliance to have the last remaining PRR Lines West Type "A" roundhouse in Crestline, Ohio listed on the OPA's 2004 10 Most Endangered Property List. (http://www.ohiopreservationalliance.hom ... gered.html) The CRPS has received official word from the OPA that it has been placed on the List. This is just one of several actions taken by the CRPS towards its preservation. Achieving this listing will help in the preservation efforts and provide additional exposure as the preservation efforts continue. The CRPS is pleased to be added to this year's list, however, much work remains to be done.

An application has also been sent to the IRS requesting 501(c)(3) tax exempt status, and the CRPS is waiting to hear back from them.
