A local Boiler Mftg plant has the original boiler off an 1895 4-4-0 in house for total remanufacture. There is concern regarding the integrity of the "Steam Turret" (Manifold,) a box like item with connections, that sits atop the boiler inside the cab. It is the steam source for appliances. Is any one out there familiar with the procedure for requalifying this item or a source of a new one. Be glad to hear your recommendations or suggestions Thanks Vic
