Napa gas Alcos?

Did the Napa Valley Wine Train ever convert any of their Alcos to natural gas operation as planned? How did it work out?

One of the Napa Valley FPA4s (#73)received an EMD 645 set up to run on LPG. There were some problems initially, but once they determined that the metering orifices were the wrong size, they made the fix and I was told by their CMO that the unit runs fine.
