STEA has a Pullman sleeping car: I believe it's Arsenal Tower (ACL 8Sec 1Dr 3Dbr)

Are there any plans to include that in the "Pullman Experience?"

Not anytime soon. It is in rough shape. The Pullman experience is usually on Saturdays and Sundays at 1:30pm until 2:30 or so. It will not run this weekend, as the Good Vibrations car needs wheel work, and it will most likely run on the Tobyhanna excursions from July 2-5. Lokk for a Pullman return on July 10 at the earliest.
