Cresco, IA FP7 question

I was about to ask the status of the Milwaukee FP7 at Cresco, Iowa, when I ran across this in Flimsies:

One question though. Is the unit still operable?

Perhaps this is why this locomotive was brought up, but there was a story about this in the previous Trains Magazine.
