New Nevada Tourist RR

Does anybody know how the new Nevada State Railroad Museum tourist railroad operation out of Boulder City is fairing? It started operation in March supposedly, with a diesel SW; no steam (that's in Carson City, but plenty in Boulder City just not operable). They do a great job up at Carson City.

So? Any clue as to why the blue and white paint instead of historic accuracy? Like UP colors on the UP cars, etc? Curious why a museum operation would do that...
