Hello all,

About a year or so ago a very well preserved interurban station was listed on Ebay. Does anyone know what happened to it. It was a wood building that seemed easy to relocate.

We pursued it, had only spotty replies to our inquiries. Apparently the owner was interested in cash transactions only, and a pretty high price tag at that. Preservation was not a priority interest for him at all. One of our members knew about it, and had located it years ago, on private property. I do not know if anything changed as a result of the e bay listing. It would have been a very good tie in to our many preserved station and flag stop structures, and perfect for our ME 28 interurban car which is continuing to be be restored.
