Jack,

I am curious as to the "accepted national standard" that you are using to put your tubes in your boilers in this manner as is required by the new rules. Section I of the ASME Code, part PWT-11 requires that the tubes be expanded before beading,welding,flaring, etc. I also am not aware of any railroad practice using this method.
