We had to move our two turntables due to upcoming construction. These are the last Sellers cast iron one in the US, at least as far as we have been able to learn, and a 100' Frisco through girder one. The Sellers is 60' long, from the Maryland & Pennsylvania at Delta, PA. The Frisco one came from the local Lindenwood Yard. We think this is the only 100' through girder turntable in the hands of a museum or tourist line in the US. We are aware of another one in Canada. Can anyone tell us of another of this size? Or another Sellers table anywhere? Two are known to still exist in El Salvador and several in Australia and New Zealand, although there are some local copies of the design there as well. How much of a Sellers turntable is cast? The main girders, or just some of the ends? Also, I believe there is a through girder turntable at the Saginaw, Michigan roundhouse, used by Bluewater Michigan Chapter as a maintenance facility for their passenger cars. Don't know its length but probably 90-100 foot range. This was a Pere Marquette facility.

All major parts are cast. Only the crossbraces between the curved side pieces are fabricated. Are there any images available of the Saginaw, MI turntable?

I couldn't find an image of this turntable you mention, but according to RRHX, it's a 100 footer. I'll post here if I can find an image somewhere, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it! Bluewater Chapter's website didn't give any info on the turntable either, but here's the link to the RRHX page with the Saginaw Roundhouse & Turntable.
