From an email I received.

We at the Boone & Scenic Valley RR are looking for a needle in the hay
stack. We are looking for Sharon knuckles #HT615 that fits draw bar
#21984 this is on an about 1927 RI commuter coach.

If anybody knows the whereabouts of the correct parts, of possibly other solutions will you please email me, or send me a personal message.

Thanks.

Might be worth trying Great Lakes Railcar, greatlakesrailcar.com
They seem pretty well versed in this type of problem.
