Hi All
Here is a link to a bunch of Railroad Surplus on Government Liquidations.
It includes a 65 ton GE Center Cab LOCO

Note also some 100-ton flatcars with six axles. Probably plain bearing, but could be useful for museum-to-museum equipment moves if converted to roller.
