Information from the whitepassfan list, concerning new passenger cars on the White Pass & Yukon:

Friends,

just a few words that 5 new passenger cars arrived in Skagway.
They will replace some of the destroyed steel passenger cars.
A few passenger cars are now written off. A official list will be published
soon. So far at least 5 cars from the series 272 to 280 will be written of.
According the WP&YR the new cars will not get the written of names of the
coaches. They will receive new names. Images from the new cars will be
online very soon on my web page at http://www.whitepassfan.net
