This engine was discussed here a year or two ago, that it was down in Tennessee, and still in original LV paint. Does anybody know who owns it?

It's in Rockwood, TN behind a warehouse. There is a picture of it at Railpictures.net and the caption says it is unserviceable. I have no idea who owns it, but I find it very remarkable that it is still in LV paint.
