From the V&T Modelers list:Work is progressing rapidly on the filling in of the Overman Pit.The contract for engineering for the final leg of the reconstruction from the Pit to Carson City was awarded last week.Estimated completion time: 3 years

Its going to take three years to build the fill over the pit??????

Eric, the railroad will be completed from the pit to Carson in 3 years. The pit from what I hear is coming along rapidly.JB
