Budd SPV 2000 in CSX Yard - Baltimore?

Anyone know the origin and destination of a Budd SPV 2000 located in a CSX yard near SW Baltimore? I saw the car from the Marc commuter train this morning. The Budd was in a line of freight cars.Wesley

Was it intact or was it a shell?There are several shells at Delaware Car in Wilmington which I think can be moved on their own trucks. The second possibility that comes readily to mind is the FRA's test car or one of the ConnDot / Metro-North cars being shipped somewhere. M.E. Allen

This car was painted for MetroNorth, slightly adjusted with graffiti. It was not one of the Delaware Car Co. shells.Wesley

Can someone please tell of the Budd SPV2000 demonstrator car (with one streamlined end) that probably left Red Lion Plant about the same time as the shells?

I believe that the demo was crushed by a bulldozer when the Red Lion plantwas demolished-which was no mean feat !!!
