The workscope planned for the 0401 at the current location has been completed. So, the locomotive is awaiting the following:a) movement to a new location within the state of CT.b) inside storage at a building at the previously mentioned new location.c) a commitment from the organization to completely fund the project.d) the sourcing and dedication of resources to effect completion. As there are a number of items previously scheduled for shoptime-the answer to the question 'when' cannot even be guestimated.
