I see this came from the University of South Florida. It reads more like a high school project. Looks like someone with no knowledge of the subject spent a while on the Internet and turned out a report. Nothing of any merit there (my opinion).Mike

Looks like an initial report done with an inexperienced, ignorant audience in mind. At least they had some real numbers based on real life rather than wishful estimates. Conceptual reports like this are for the purpose of generating an idea of interest - generally, if response is favorable, a more detailed report with better specifics results rather than immediately building the line. dave
