In Trains' October 1993 issue the nasty river floods of that year were covered. On the last page is a photo of a NYC 2-8-2 (H7) dragging a train through floodwaters from the St. Joseph River at Niles, Mich. in April 1950. The water is up around the middle of the front coupler. Mike
