I have tried sending people and the moderator email and PM through this forum concerning Project 113 in Minersville and have not received responses. Another member emailed photos and captions and they have never been posted. What are we doing wrong? I have no idea whether or not these are getting through.Bernie Perch

E-mail and PM both are working fine for me.A few thoughts--e-mail is only as good as the address a person registered with us; if the address is an account they no longer check or check infrequently they may be slow to get back to you. With PM, the person has to remember to check their PM inbox. For some sites that I read less frequently, I forget to do this myself. As to the response to the submission, I regret it has taken so long. Please resend the article to Hume Kading at hkading@rypn.org--Hume is our only active HTML markup editor since I have had to go on sabbatical for a while. It's nice to remember that Hume has a full-time job that involves a lot of travel at the moment, so it may take him a while to get back. Finally, its also nice to remember that the entire site is run by a small core of completely unpaid volunteers, and sometimes they cannot make it their absolute top priority against the demands of work, family, church, other volunteer obligations, etc.

I have had a similar problem when I tried to ask you if you were the same Bernie Perch that taught @ Crestwood High School many moons ago. The message just sat in my outbox.

Messages stay in the PM "out" box until the recipient logs in and reads them; then, they move to the sent box.
