I would guess the caboose is a DMIR it dosn't look like most of the Soo's I've seen. Most Soo's only have one window on that side.

Unless it's ex-DSS&A, which kept their 500 series numbers after the 1961 merger into the Soo Line. Still, it doesn't quite look like a Soo caboose to me either, and I've measured and drawn a few of them. Wish we had a better photo.
