This train is referred to as Santa's train, and Christmas in a Small Town, with local gatherings at the town squares to greet Santa and Mrs. Claus.The next Saturday, Dec. 10, the Tobyhanna and Moscow stations will host Santa's arrival on a Delaware-Lackawanna diesel locomotive and caboose.Each program does well, because they all have a different audience to reach. Everybody seems to believe that a train is an important part of the holiday season, and an inexpensive way to bring Santa Claus with that train is well received.
