One of the photos in this group really caught my eye. It shows a railroad worker on the Chicago & North Western at a RIP track in N. Proviso yard repainting a single sheathed double door wood bodied box car, OUTSIDE in WINTER! I don't think any railroad museum in northern climes would consider doing such a thing. But maybe I am wrong. Are there musuems out there that paint equipment in the winter? Perhaps I need to be educated.
