A couple of months ago, I was looking at an old newspaper from about January of 1993. There was a story about a female Amtrak ticket agent who was assaulted in an Amtrak parking lot. She sued Amtrak and was awarded about 1.5 million dollars. When Amtrak failed to pay, authorities seized one of Amtrak's locomotives so that it could be auctioned off. Does anybody remember how this all turned out?
