I just added an item to Flimsies on the 30-year lease (amounts to a takeover) of the former Eastern Shore RR between Norfolk, Cape Charles and Pocomoke City, Md. by an operator keenly interested in tourism and a tourist train.

Oddly enough, the newly-past operators of the line also operate the Shenandoah Valley RR, where a certain fleet of passenger cars and locos has "temporary" residency..............
