Can't positively identify this one, but my best guess is it is former Lee Tidewater Cypress 2-6-2 4, acquired by Nelson Blount in the 1960s, but never moved north from Florida. It ended up at the Thompson winery at Monee, Illinois in the late-'60s. Not sure where it is going in this photo:

I believe your second guess is correct. The Lee Tidewater Cypress engine went to the Hardin Southern in Kentucky, and was most likely shipped by truck. They have sinced ceased operations and I don't know the present status of the locomotive.

The W.T. Carter engine is stored in the enginehouse at the Dardanelle & Russellville Railroad. Having seen it there, I would say it is the same engine as in the photo. I was told that one of the advantages of the 4 was its size, which allowed it to be loaded on a flat car and shipped anywhere without clearance restrictions.

I suspect the engine in your earlier post is the W.T. Carter engine.
Note the different pilot and lack of cab braces on the Lee Tidewater engine.
