Of course, what hasn't been said in all of this is that UP has again made itself the laughing stock amongst the people with which it should curry favor and a positive attitude. Shooting itself in the foot is an understatement.

We'll all still be on the look-out for miscreants on or near Uncle Pete's ROW, regardless of this latest stupid dust-up. But my question is, who the hell is the idiot who came up with this lame-brained idea in the first place? I've seen some mention the lawyers. We're just guessing right now. If anyone with any connections can find out who this idiot, or group of idiots, is/are, now that would be interesting to know.

Do you suppose that a higher-up in UP might be reading this thread? I sure hope so, so he can take note of the guy who dreamt this scheme up for the guy's next efficieny report. Judgement: 2 out of a possible 10--and no bonus or pay raise.
