A program note for RyPN readers in the Philadelphia, PA and Flint-Saginaw, MI areas.

The Restoration Stories one-hour pilot special will air today, Sunday January 14th at
4pm on PBS 28, WFUM Flint-Saginaw...and at 5pm on the WHYY Arts Channel in Philadelphia, PA.
The first 20 minutes of this program features the story of the rebirth of Maine's Wiscasset, Waterville & Farmington Railway.

I just looked on channel 12 at 5:00 PM and did not find it so the arts channel must be something in high definition which is not available to regular TV programming.

Dear Mr. Ed,
The WHYY "Arts Channel" is digital, but not HD and can be found on Comcast on channel 241. Hope you can see it!

Missed it! I do not have Comcast. Used to but I dropped them five years ago after quarterly increases made it difficult to justify keeping them. I now have Dish Network satellite and it comes with RFDTV which gets me "Trains and Locomtives" on Monday night at 6:00 PM.

Maybe WHYY will offer the program on their regular channel 12 someday. And remember we discussed past programs that WHYY did not offer even on the arts channel so you are making progress.
