Im presently ready to purchase a Budd round end observation car to be used as an office/diner. It doesnt have to be operational. Im interested on the shell more than anything.

I had located one in St. louis, Mo, but was sold before I got clearance from the city to install it. This is my way of preserving a piece of history.
